Location - 7 kms of the west of Goas capital Panaji, Dona Paula Beach cuddles up on the southern side of the rocky hammer-shaped headlands that divide the Zuari and Mandovi estuaries. The beach makes up a popular tourist sight.
How to Reach - For a rocking holiday at Donna Paula beach whiz past a distance of 29 kms to get towards the Dabolim Airport, the nearest airport to the beach. The Karmali Railway Station is at 15 kms from here. The Kadamba Transport Corporation (Government of Goa Undertaking), and Maharashtra and Karnataka State Road Transport Corporations operate buses from and to Goa.
Best Time to Visit - except the monsoons the climate here is pleasant. So just plan your trip between October to May.

The National Oceanography Institute deals with the marine biology and incorporates almost all the major branches of coastal and marine oceanography. The two centre of attraction here is the institute is its Marine Biology Museum and Taxonomy Reference Center.
Cabo Raj Niwas
The Cabo is the place where the body of Donna Paula is engraved. The Raj Bhawan offers an excellent view of the nearby coastline and the Aguada Fort.
